Semolina pan-fried oregano pizzas

  • Organic semolina 150 g 
  • Dry brewer’s yeast 5 g 
  • Water 75 ml 
  • Salt 3 g


Dissolve the yeast in the water then pour it into a bowl and add the semolina and salt.

Knead well, forming a ball and leave to rest for an hour.

Then take the dough and divide it into 4 pieces, roll it out and form pizzas, oil them and massage them with your fingertips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, arrange the pizzette and cook with a closed lid for 5 minutes.

Turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes or so and sprinkle with oregano.

Enjoy them with some sauce or seasoning to taste.
